Armando Casillas

Armando Casillas currently serves as a Senior Administrative Analyst for Burbank Water & Power, where responsibilities include administrative services. Previously, Armando held positions such as Acting Executive Assistant and Senior Secretary within the same department, along with roles in the Management Services Department and Parks and Recreation Department. In addition to experience with the Pasadena Unified School District as a Clerk Typist, education includes pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management at Louisiana State University, obtaining a BS in Business from the University of Redlands, and earning an AA in Business and Social and Behavioral Sciences from Pasadena City College.
