Prior to retirement, Glen held the position of Principal Power System Operator at the City of Burbank from May 2009 to the present, demonstrating significant expertise in power system operations. Glen also served as Manager of the Energy Control Center at Sierra Pacific Power Company from 1996 to 2005, further solidifying a strong foundation in energy management and operations.
