Richard Mester

Richard Mester possesses extensive experience in management and consulting, currently serving as the Manager of Policy and Business Process at the City of Burnaby since January 2005. Prior to this role, Richard worked as a Management Consultant and held several positions at Telus from 1993 to 2003, including Director of Sales & Marketing Performance and Director of Sales Operations. Additional experience includes a role as Program Manager for Customer Engagement at Creo and various positions at BC Tel and Zadall Group Systems Ltd. Richard's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business from Simon Fraser University, a Certified Management Accountant designation from CMA BC, and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
