Yuan Yan

Yuan Yan, P.Eng, PMP, LEED AP, is a senior project manager with extensive experience in civic development and construction management. Currently employed at the City of Burnaby since September 2024, Yuan has previously held project management roles with the City of New Westminster, Avison Young, and Turnbull Construction Project Managers Ltd. Notable project highlights include management of significant developments such as the təməsew̓txʷ Aquatic and Community Centre and The Arbutus in Vancouver, along with various projects at RAM Construction and Graham that involved multi-million dollar budgets and complex coordination. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia and various certifications in real estate development and construction law.
