Andrew Dally

Andrew Dally has extensive work experience in law enforcement. Andrew is currently serving as the Chief of Police for the City of Capitola, California since November 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Police Captain at the Capitola Police Department starting in October 1999.

Andrew Dally obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Columbia Southern University.
