Clinette H. has a diverse background in administrative roles, with experience in various departments within the City of Carbondale government, including Human Resources, Police, and Water & Sewer. Clinette also interned at the Missouri Valley Conference and SIUC Athletics, where Clinette assisted with conference tournaments and the Celebrating Women's Athletics project. Prior to this, Clinette worked as a Child Care Secretary at Eurma Hayes Child Care.
