Scott Welvaert

Scott Welvaert is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Corporate & Commercial Banking Marketing Presentation Manager and Proposal Writer at U.S. Bank since May 2010. Additionally, Scott holds a position as a Heritage Preservation Commissioner for the City of Chaska and has served on the Carver County Parks Commission, where responsibilities included reviewing and recommending updates to the county's comprehensive park plan. Scott has also contributed as the Marketing & Communications Director for Donzel Leggett's State House Campaign, overseeing various strategic marketing initiatives. Previous roles include positions at Skywater Publishing, Young America, and Seagate Technology, as well as serving as a Teaching Assistant at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
