Kevin Finn is a Senior Planner for the City of Chesapeake, with previous experience as a Regional Collaborative and Community Senior Intern at the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission, and as an Intern II for the Montgomery County Planning Department. Prior roles include serving as a Master Plan Implementation AmeriCorps VISTA for the City of Flint and an Environmental, Health, and Safety Intern at Barden Corporation. Kevin has a background in environmental education, functioning as an Environmental Educator for the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, as well as experience in planning and zoning through their internship with the City of Torrington. Kevin holds a Master of Arts in Community Development and Planning from Clark University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the College of the Holy Cross.
