Pamela Little-Hill

Pamela Little-Hill currently serves as the Director of Human Services for the City of Chesapeake, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Pamela was the Director of Social Services for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, from February 2016 to January 2022. Pamela holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Hunter College.
