Elliot Brown

Elliot Brown is an experienced public administration professional currently serving as the Assistant City Administrator for the City of Chesterfield since June 2023. Previously, Elliot held multiple roles including Village Clerk for the Village of Pasadena Park, Missouri since July 2019, and served as Acting City Administrator, Interim City Administrator/City Clerk, and Assistant City Administrator/City Clerk for the City of Shrewsbury, Missouri from June 2020 to June 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Legal Assistant at Korein Tillery from June 2010 to June 2020, and as an Administrative Intern for the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri in 2015. Elliot holds a Master of Public Policy Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Local Government Management from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, alongside a BS in Political Science from Illinois College. Additional certifications in Planning and Zoning and Economic Development were also earned from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
