Justin Gutierrez

Justin Gutierrez is a Performance Analyst at the City of Chicago Office of Inspector General since May 2019. Prior to this role, Justin served as a Community Integration Specialist for Chicago Public Schools from February 2014 to April 2019. Justin holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago, obtained between 2016 and 2019, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a focus on Community Studies from North Central College, earned from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Justin completed an Associate's degree at Elgin Community College from 2005 to 2008.
