Kathleen Gunning

Kathleen Gunning is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and education. As a co-owner and Team Manager of C & K Blue Sky Properties, LLC since November 2016, Kathleen focuses on assisting individuals with selling their homes through innovative options that may alleviate financial distress. Additionally, Kathleen co-owns Personalized Properties USA, LLC, established in August 2014, where personalized services are offered to clients interested in buying or selling properties in need of rehabilitation or unique solutions. Kathleen has also been a dedicated teacher with the City of Chicopee since September 1998, exemplifying versatility and commitment in various roles within the educational profession. Kathleen holds a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the College of Our Lady of the Elms and holds both a Bachelor's Degree and an Associate's Degree in related fields from Rider University and Wentworth Institute of Technology, respectively.
