Erik Leidekker

Erik Leidekker has extensive experience in information technology and software management, with a career spanning over four decades. Since June 1995, Erik has held multiple positions at the City of Chilliwack, including Director of IT, Deputy Director of Corporate Services, IT Manager, and Software Development Consultant. Previously, Erik served as the Fall Conference Chair for MISA BC in 2012 and operated InterSoft Automation from June 1995 to August 1998. From January 1989 to May 1995, Erik was a Product Manager at Cayenta, overseeing the development of software for municipal governments. Erik's early roles included Software Manager at Nixdorf Computer Canada Ltd, where management of COMET/TOP software implementations was a key responsibility, and Project Manager at Nixdorf Computer B.V., focusing on payroll and project costing systems in the construction industry.
