Stella X.

Stella X. is an experienced planning professional currently serving as Planner III - Long Range for the City of Chilliwack since June 2022, following a role as Associate Planner with the Cariboo Regional District from March 2021 to May 2022. Responsibilities include processing and reviewing development applications, conducting compliance assessments, and collaborating with various city departments to improve communication and streamline planning processes. Stella has also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Alberta, and as a Sustainability Scholar with the City of Edmonton, focusing on mid-density housing research. Stella holds a Master of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biology Sciences and Sociology from the University of Alberta.
