Trmc Cynthia Chapman

Cynthia Chapman, TRMC, has extensive experience in both church administration and municipal government. Since 1989, Cynthia has served as the Church Financial Secretary at First United Pentecostal Family Church, managing QuickBooks accounting for church finances and fulfilling roles in music ministry as an organist, pianist, vocalist, and former Choir Director. In addition, Cynthia has been part of the City Secretary's Office for the City of Cleburne since July 2006, providing support to the city council, conducting legal research, preparing documents, and offering customer support. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Ministry from Jackson College of Ministries and has completed the Texas Registered Municipal Clerks Certification Program at the University of North Texas.
