Kevin Wheat Pe

Kevin Wheat, PE, is an Associate Civil Engineer at the City of Concord since August 2021, managing various Capital Improvement Projects that include pavement rehabilitation and upgrades to city parks and buildings. Previously, Kevin served as a Project Engineer at Harrison Engineering Inc., where responsibilities included preparing plans and coordinating with utilities for local municipality projects. Earlier experience includes a Staff Engineer position at Geo-Logic Associates, focusing on geotechnical testing and AutoCAD design, as well as engineering trainee roles at the County of Alameda Public Works Agency, where involvement included road and flood control design projects. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 2014.
