Joshua Rhodes

Joshua Rhodes is an accomplished Parks and Recreation professional with extensive experience in managing community spaces and recreational programs. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Cooper City since April 2016, Joshua specializes in strategic planning and management of parks and natural areas. Previous roles include Parks and Recreation Supervisor and Facilities Coordinator, where efforts focused on project development and budget management. Prior experience includes overseeing multiple park districts as Parks District Manager in Jacksonville, as well as roles in program coordination and facility management in other cities. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Florida International University and an Associate of Science in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University.
