Darren Charters

Darren Charters is an experienced professional in community development and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Community, Engineering, Development and Planning for the City of Corner Brook since September 2017. Prior to this role, Darren held multiple positions at the City of Fredericton from January 1999 to August 2017, including Manager of Fredericton Transit and Parking Services Division, Traffic Engineer, and Traffic Technologist. Darren holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, earned between 2000 and 2006, as well as a degree in Highways and Municipal Engineering Technology from NBCC Moncton, completed from 1992 to 1994.
