Ryan Rutter

Ryan Rutter is an accomplished Fire Prevention Officer currently serving the City of Cornwall since March 2023, holding the position of Fire Inspector 2 and certified as a Fire & Explosion Investigator, Fire & Life Safety Educator 2, and Fire Plans Examiner. With extensive experience in fire safety education and inspection, Ryan previously worked at Belleville Fire & Emergency Services from March 2015 to March 2023, and at Loyalist College and Trillium College, where Ryan taught Anatomy and Physiology and served as a Massage Therapy Instructor. Additionally, Ryan operated Rutters Massage Therapy from August 2008 to July 2024 and possesses educational credentials from Ontario Fire College, Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, and Prince Edward Collegiate Institute.
