Brandon Garrett

Brandon Garrett is an accomplished urban planner and public manager with extensive experience in community development and city planning. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff in the Mayor's Office and Director of the Community Development Department for the City of Council Bluffs since May 2017, Brandon has previously held significant roles such as Long Range Planner for the City of Lincoln and Land Planner at Engineering Design Consultants. An educational background includes a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and ongoing studies for a Master of Public Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Additionally, Brandon is a Certified Public Manager, showcasing a commitment to professional growth and effective public administration.
