Edward Tally

Edward Tally is an accomplished Environmental Program Manager with a robust background in environmental compliance and management. Currently serving the City of Cranston, RI since September 2012, Edward oversees stormwater compliance and asset management for sewer and stormwater systems while successfully coordinating lease service agreements for wastewater facilities. Earlier experiences include roles as an Environmental Scientist/GIS Analyst at Resource Controls Associates, where responsibilities encompassed environmental assessments and GIS mapping, and as Business Development Manager at Hanna Instruments, focusing on water quality instrumentation sales. Edward's academic foundation includes a B.S. in Environmental Science and Management from the University of Rhode Island, complemented by earlier internships and roles that have enriched expertise in environmental science.
