Hai T.

Hai T. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2007, they volunteered as a fundraising volunteer for Amnesty International USA. They then worked as a Law Clerk at the Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation, where they gained experience in client counseling, case management, and research. In 2012, Hai T. became the International Team Lead of Contracts Attorneys at QuisLex. They managed a team and worked on contracts-related projects.

In 2014, Hai T. founded and served as an Advisor to GREAT POWER FINANCE INC. After that, they joined EY as a Senior Consultant, specializing in mergers and acquisitions integration and divestiture. They handled various projects, such as tracking performance, streamlining SAP integration, advising spin-offs, and achieving cost savings for different clients.

Hai T. then joined Beyond Finance, Inc. in 2020, where they held the role of Manager, Strategy and Operations. Here, they successfully improved client retention, enhanced sales funnels, developed marketing campaigns, and implemented new strategies. In 2022, Hai T. moved to Citi as a Senior Vice President before joining the City of Dallas in 2023 as the Chief Ethics Officer.

Hai T. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Mathematics from Grinnell College in 2009. Following that, they attended the University of Illinois College of Law from 2009 to 2012 and obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) with a focus on Corporate and Securities Law, where they were a Full Scholarship Recipient. Hai T. then pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Financial Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business between 2015 and 2017.
