Elena Adair

Elena Adair, CPA, has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Elena most recently served as the Finance Director for the City of Davis since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Finance Director for the City of Alameda from February 2015 to March 2020. Elena also worked as the Assistant Director of Administrative Services for the City of Stockton from November 2012 to February 2015. Before entering the public sector, they worked for the City of Vallejo as the Assistant Finance Director from January 2011 to October 2012, and as the Accounting Manager from January 2007 to December 2010. Elena began their career as an Audit Supervisor at Maze & Associates from June 2002 to December 2006.
