Jonathan Stytz

Jonathan Stytz, AICP, currently serves as a Senior Planner for the City of Des Plaines, a position held since March 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Planner and Associate Planner at the Village of Hanover Park from April 2017 to March 2019, and as Lawn Maintenance & Snow Removal Supervisor at Greenscapes Services from July 2016 to April 2017. Jonathan Stytz completed two internships in planning at the Will County Land Use Department in both 2014 and 2015, and held internships at Joliet City Hall and Shorewood Village Hall in the summer of 2013. Jonathan Stytz holds a Master's degree in Community Development with a focus in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Illinois State University.
