Erin Lebeau

Erin LeBeau, MS, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Detroit since November 2023. Previously, Erin held the position of Human Resources Manager at VTC Insurance Group from January 2023 to August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Regional Human Resources Representative for NPSG Global/Amazon Robotics Team from 2021 to 2023, and as a Human Resources Partner/Executive Support at Chubb from 2018 to 2021. Erin's career began as a Human Resources Representative at The Children's Place from 2008 to 2016 and included a role as a Corporate Event Planner at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Erin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, obtained between 2016 and 2018, and a degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson and Wales University.
