Incentives Compliance Manager - Civil Rights, Inclusion And Opportunity Department at City of Detroit

Jacob Jones is an experienced professional in the field of civil rights, inclusion, and opportunity, currently serving as the Incentives Compliance Manager for the City of Detroit since August 2020. In this role, Jacob oversees compliance with Executive Order 2016-1, Proposal N, and Community Benefits Agreements. Previously, Jacob held positions including Inclusion Lead and Inclusion Analyst within the same department. Earlier experiences include serving as a Fellow with Challenge Detroit and as Director of Operations for the Eight Mile Boulevard Association, where responsibilities included managing daily operations. Jacob's career began at Pure Detroit, where roles included Tour Director and Tour Programmer/Store Manager.
