Joshua Skluzacek

Joshua Skluzacek, P.E. is the Engineering & Community Development Director for the City of Dickinson since September 2022 and has been a Managing Partner at LMS Resources, LLP, which focuses on farm and ranch land rental, since October 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Engineer in Business Development at American Engineering Testing, Inc. from March 2021 to September 2022, and as the Civil Team Lead for US Onshore Operations & Maintenance at Statoil Gulf Services from February 2013 to October 2018. Joshua also held a position as a Staff Engineer at Sanderson Stewart from May 2008 to January 2013 and completed internships at Community Partners and Bohlen Surveying Associates. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is working towards a certificate in Land Surveying from the University of Wyoming.
