Digna Cabral

Digna Cabral serves as Councilwoman and Vice Mayor for the City of Doral since December 2018. In addition, Digna holds the position of Committee Chair for the Organización de los Estados Americanos from 2021 to the present. Digna has extensive experience in clinical research, currently as Clinical Research Project Manager at the University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine since June 2015 and previously serving in various research roles at the same institution and at Columbia University from 2002 to 2010. Digna was the Chief Executive Officer at CAMACOL Doral from August 2022 to November 2023. Digna's educational background includes a degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and ongoing studies at Harvard University, pursuing multiple Executive Certificates in Public Leadership, Behavioral Insights and Public Policy, and Negotiation Strategies.
