Francisco J. Rios

Francisco J. Rios currently serves as the Deputy City Manager for the City of Doral, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Rios was the Human Resources & Risk Management Director for the City of North Miami Beach from April 2020 to February 2023, and previously served as the Human Resources Director for the City of Doral from December 2014 to November 2019. Rios also gained experience as the Human Resources Manager at the Town of Davie from November 2006 to December 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Nova Southeastern University (2010-2012) and a dual Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Business Management from Florida International University (2003-2005).
