Abraham Luna

Abraham Luna is an Associate Planner at the City of Downey since August 2022, previously serving as an Assistant Planner. Prior experience includes an Assistant Planner role at Sagecrest Planning+Environmental and positions as a Planning Technician and Planning Intern at the City of La Mirada. Abraham's career began as a Drafting Technician at Orohaus Design.
