Margaret Finlay

Margaret Finlay serves as the Mayor of the City of Duarte and has held this position since 1990. Alongside their role as Mayor, Margaret also functions as a Councilmember for the city. Margaret holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from California State University, Long Beach, obtained between 1997 and 2000, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from St. Mary's College, earned from 1971 to 1975.
