Stephanie Hirsch

Stephanie Hirsch has extensive experience in municipal management and operations, currently serving as the City Manager for the City of Eau Claire since April 2022. Previously, Hirsch was Operations Administrator for Eau Claire County and an At-Large City Councilor for the City of Somerville, where responsibilities included budget oversight, hiring for key positions, and addressing affordable housing challenges. Hirsch's prior roles also encompassed various leadership positions in Somerville, focusing on data-informed improvement in education, community services, and public safety reforms. With an MBA from Harvard Business School, Hirsch has effectively managed city departments, coordinated significant initiatives, and fostered collaboration across multiple sectors to enhance service delivery and operational performance.
