David Black

David Black currently serves as the Vice Mayor for the City of El Reno since November 2022. In addition to this role, David Black is the Owner of the David Black Agency - Farmers Insurance, a position held since January 2003. Earlier in David Black's career, from July 1991 to January 2003, David Black worked at Lea County State Bank, progressing from a part-time teller to the Branch Manager, with a focus on small business, personal, and agriculture loans.
