Dustin Good

Dustin Good serves as a City Councilmember for the City of Elgin, IL, since May 2021, working alongside other elected officials to enhance municipal responsiveness and responsibility. Additionally, Dustin holds a position as a Guild Member in INVANTI, contributing to social enterprise development since May 2020. Dustin previously managed strategic operations at Vitality from March 2022 to July 2024, and prior to that, held various roles, including Operations Engineer and Marketing & Operations Manager within the same organization. Experience also includes campaign management for local political efforts and board membership at the Downtown Neighborhood Association of Elgin, focusing on community development initiatives. Education includes a DOCtorate in Advanced Document Creation and Collaboration from Coda.io and an Associate of Arts in Sustainability Studies from Elgin Community College.
