Eugene Galinovskiy

Eugene Galinovskiy is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in emergency services, business analysis, and military engineering. Currently serving as a Firefighter and Paramedic for the City of Elgin, IL since July 2019, Eugene has also held roles such as Business Systems Analyst at Z Capital Group, L.L.C. from April 2017 to January 2021, and Senior Business Analyst at Creata from October 2015 to April 2017. Previous military experience includes serving as a Special Forces Engineer with the Army Special Forces (Airborne) from October 2011 to February 2019 and as a Team Leader/Command and Control Systems Specialist in the US Army from May 2010 to September 2011. Eugene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has furthered professional qualifications by earning a Certificate in Project Management from Syracuse University, in addition to educational experience at the Institut catholique de Paris.
