Daniel Falcón started their career in 2000 as the Chief of Portal at Donde y Que comer. Daniel then worked as an Information and Technology consultant at Pact Perú from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, they served as a Coordinator at Lima Valley. Daniel became the Country Manager for Perú at the Digital Analytics Association from 2011 to 2015. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Post Graduate Professor at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. In 2012, they joined Futuro Labs as a Research Director. Daniel also worked as a professor at the Universidad de Piura from 2012 to 2015 and the Universidad del Pacifico from 2012 to 2017. Currently, they serve as a Post Graduate Professor in Digital Transformation and Digital Marketing and as a Founder, Digital Transformation, and Innovation Director at Neo Consulting - Consultora de Innovación y Estrategia Digital since 2001. Daniel is also a Partner at UMAAN - Business Agility & Digital Culture since 2018, specializing in conscious organizational culture in the context of digital transformation.
Daniel Falcón (He/Him) has a bachelor's degree in Business from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, acquired between 1993 and 1998. Daniel went on to pursue a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology at Universidad Ricardo Palma from 1999 to 2000. In 2012, they completed a program in Strategic Data-Driven Marketing and Consumer Insights Tools at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, Daniel has obtained various certifications, including Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Google Adwords Qualified - Search Advertising, Gamification, Faculty Professional Development - Course Content Instruction in English, and Insights for Innovation.
