Kristin Youngmeyer

Kristin Youngmeyer is a Sustainability Analyst at the City of Elgin, IL since July 2023, with a notable background in management analysis and public administration. Previously, Kristin served as a Management Analyst for the City of Warrenville from September 2019 to August 2023 and at Management Partners from July 2018 to September 2019, conducting comprehensive analyses for various clients and supporting strategic planning initiatives. As a City Management Fellow in Hamilton, Ohio, Kristin led a project proposal for a significant grant and managed special projects. Kristin's earlier roles include Program Compliance Associate at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, Community Health Worker and Wellness Coordinator at Children's Hunger Alliance, and several positions focused on education and youth mental health advocacy. Kristin holds a Master of Public Administration from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Education from Luther College.
