Ryan O'Connell P.e.

Ryan O'Connell, P.E. is a Senior Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the transportation sector, currently serving the City of Emeryville since January 2017. In this role, Ryan is responsible for delivering projects within the Capital Improvement Program, overseeing both in-house design and external consultant management through all project phases from planning to construction. Prior experience includes positions at the City of Riverside, where Ryan advanced from Traffic Engineering Intern to Assistant Engineer and ultimately Associate Engineer. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in 2011.
