Jennifer Marakovits

Jennifer Marakovits is an experienced music educator currently serving at Rosebank Elementary School within the Chula Vista Elementary School District since January 2022, where a comprehensive music program includes general music, choral, and instrumental study. In addition to leading music programs at Vista Square Elementary and Innovation Academy, Jennifer contributes to the arts community as Vice Chair of the Commission for the Arts in Encinitas, focusing on promoting community arts initiatives. Previously, Jennifer founded a full-time music program at Mueller Charter School and owned Marako Music Studio, providing music instruction for a wide age range. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from the Eastman School of Music and a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University.
