Rachael Love Pe

Rachael Love, PE, is a civil engineer currently serving as a Public Works Project Manager for the City of Eugene since April 2019. Previously, Rachael held various positions within the U.S. Coast Guard from 2007 to 2018, including Construction Manager overseeing multi-disciplined maintenance projects valued over $15 million, Asset Manager responsible for 4,200 housing and community service assets rated at $2.9 billion, and Work Force Manager for over 500 employees in the Office of Civil Engineering. Rachael's educational background includes a Master of Science in Construction Engineering & Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy.
