Julie Willie

Julie Willie has a strong background in community development and project management. Julie most recently served as the Community Development Director for the City of Everett, WA. Prior to that, they held roles as a Special Projects Manager for the same city and a Healthy Community Specialist for the Snohomish Health District. Julie also worked as an Independent Consultant for the Everett Community Streets Initiative and Rotary District 5050. Julie has experience in the nonprofit sector as well, serving as the Director of Donor Services for the Greater Everett Community Foundation and the Development Manager for the Everett Public Schools Foundation. Additionally, they worked as the Development Director for ChildStrive and as a Consultant for the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services. Julie's early career involved serving as the Director of Youth Program Advancement for the YMCA of Snohomish County.

Julie Willie began their education in 1989 at the University of Washington, where they studied for three years. Julie then transferred to Everett Community College in 1992 and obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Additionally, during the same year, they enrolled at Western Washington University and graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Services, General.
