Shirley Buecksler

Shirley Buecksler is an experienced professional in municipal administration and business ownership. Currently serving as the City Clerk for the City of Farmington, MN since April 2023, Shirley has held various roles including City Clerk-Treasurer for MANTORVILLE, and City Clerk positions in West Saint Paul, South St. Paul, and Excelsior, with a focus on elections administration, licensing, and community engagement. Alongside a career in public service, Shirley operates Ruler's Edge Quilt Studio, LLC, and previously managed Ruler's Edge Painting. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Legal Secretary from Inver Hills Community College and a diploma in Business Administration from Burnsville Senior High.
