Ann Dower

Ann Dower possesses extensive experience in engineering and planning, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Plans Reviewer with the City of Federal Way since November 1998, where responsibilities include analyzing development proposals, providing technical support for ongoing projects, and designing essential city infrastructure such as wetland and raingarden systems. Prior roles include Engineering Plans Reviewer for the City of Lacey, where compliance with water and sewer regulations was a focus, and a position as Associate Planner in the City of Puyallup, as well as Engineering Technician roles in both the City of Mt Vernon and Whatcom County. Ann Dower holds a Bachelor of Arts in Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has also pursued education at Washington State University.
