Billy Grooms

Billy Grooms is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and media. Currently serving as a City Councilman for the City of Folly Beach since July 2020, Billy also operates as the President of a self-employed venture since August 2016. Previously, Billy held the position of Director of Sales at Beasley Media Group/CBS Radio from February 2000 to August 2016. Billy's educational foundation includes a degree in Advertising and Public Relations with a concentration in Creative from the University of South Carolina, completed between 1977 and 1981.
