Rick Hillman

Rick Hillman is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since March 2020, Rick has served as the Director and Region 4 Representative for the California Police Chiefs Association. Additionally, Rick has held the position of Police Chief at the Folsom Police Department since April 2018 and has been a Police Commander for the City of Folsom since January 1995. Earlier in their career, Rick was a Police Officer for the City of Placerville from June 1987 until January 1995.
