Joshua Rector has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Joshua began their career as a Senior Manager at Everblue Pool Pros, where they focused on client retention and team development. Joshua then transitioned to working as a Data Analyst for the Institute of Applied Research at CSUSB Jack H. Brown College. During this role, they collected data for local government decision-making. Joshua also gained experience as an EMT student at West Coast EMT, where they learned the basics of emergency medical techniques.

Joshua's passion for community service led him to work at Covid Clinic as a Site Supervisor-EMT. In this role, they managed multiple testing sites and provided accessible care to patients. Joshua achieved outstanding results by servicing a significantly higher number of patients than the company average.
