Richard Colter

Richard Colter's work experience began in 2008 when they worked as a Quality Assurance Tester at Electronic Arts (EA), where they played-tested current market games and used software to search for and report bugs. During this time, they also worked as a Gunsmith at Richard_Evil Gunsmithing, where they modified AR15's and GLOCK's, disassembled and cleaned various firearms, and performed other related tasks. In 2015, Richard worked as a Retail Assistant at Kmart Corporation, assisting customers with product identification, selection, and recommendations. In 2019, they worked briefly as a Sales Associate at Blue Collar Firearms, helping customers at the Point of Sales counter and restocking shelves. Most recently, Richard worked as a Software Engineer at Bug Eyes starting in 2021. Richard is currently employed as a Community Services Assistant at City of Fontana since April 2023.

Richard Colter obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Westwood College-Inland Empire, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. In 2015 to 2016, they completed a Certificate in Gunsmithing from Modern Gun School. Richard also obtained additional certifications, including Sales Foundations and Working with Upset Customers, both from LinkedIn, in January 2018.
