Richard Miller

Richard Miller serves as the City Clerk and Risk Manager for the City of Fountain Valley since December 2015, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including City Clerk for the City of San Jacinto, CA, from January 2010 to December 2015, and Deputy City Clerk from 2008 to 2009. Responsibilities include managing the Office of the City Clerk, ensuring compliance with laws, overseeing city elections, and supporting City Council activities. Richard Miller also has a background as a Licensed Realtor from 2002 to 2008 and holds a Master of Public Administration from California Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Menlo College.
