Tania Knauerhaze

Tania Knauerhaze is a highly experienced human resources professional currently serving as Principal Human Resources Analyst for the City of Fountain Valley since November 2021. Prior to this role, Tania held the position of Senior Human Resources Analyst at both the Orange County Fire Authority and the City of Santa Ana. Tania's career in human resources began as a Personnel Specialist at the City of Fountain Valley, progressing through various roles, including Administrative Manager at County of Orange Human Resource Services and Personnel Analyst at the City of Brea. Tania holds a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Irvine.
