Scott Andrews P.e.

Scott Andrews, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in utilities engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Utilities Engineer II at the City of Franklin, Tennessee since January 2017, Scott specializes in reviewing development plans for water and sewer utilities and ensuring infrastructural capacity for new developments. Prior roles include Nashville Field Group Leader at K.S.W.A., where Scott managed field staff, and various engineering positions at CDM Smith, Wade Trim, and The Tennessean, developing skills in hydraulic modeling, construction administration, and web management. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee State University, earned in 2010.
